She is currently a partner at Boombit Agency; CEO and founder of Barrilete; co-founder of Boombit Academy; and co-founder of Ladies Wine & Design Managua.
Also founded The Black Box Podcast, the digital media Costa RicaIndie, GuatemalaIndie, and NicaraguaIndie and was the director of visual communication for TEDxManagua.
She has worked with brands in Nicaragua, Costa Rica, the United States, Malaysia, and Singapore, as well as agencies worldwide. Has been a facilitator of innovation and Design Thinking workshops in Nicaragua, Costa Rica, and the United States.
One of her goals is to help to create an environment of innovation in Central America and improve public education with technology to generate equality. Her purpose is the defense of democracy in her countries, Nicaragua and Costa Rica.
She is a member of the 12th class of the Central America Leadership Initiative and a member of the Global Leadership Network of the Aspen Institute.
