Adam Freed is the chief executive officer of Teachers Pay Teachers (TpT), a community of more than 3.8 million educators who connect to share, buy, and sell original educational resources. The teachers on TpT have created more than 2.1 million original resources which touch nearly every aspect of Pre-K - 12 education, teaching practice, and classroom design. The New York-based company has a vision to make all the wisdom and expertise of the world's educators available to anyone, anywhere, any time. Prior to joining TpT, Adam was the chief operating officer of Etsy.com and led international product management and international online sales operations teams at Google. Adam speaks ten languages, including Japanese and Spanish. He holds a masters degree from Yale Law School, where he was a John S. Knight Fellow and a bachelors degree in linguistics from Harvard. In his spare time, he co-chairs the Board of Trustees of the Brooklyn Children's Museum. He is a Fellow of the 16th class of the Pahara - Aspen Education Fellowship and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
