Title and Organization:
Tracy Britt Cool currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Pampered Chef, a Berkshire Hathaway company. Pampered Chef is a leading provider of high-quality kitchenware solutions with 40,000 cooking consultants. Tracy joined Berkshire Hathaway in 2009, serving as Financial Assistant to the Chairman at Berkshire Hathaway, where she conducted investment research, analyzed acquisition opportunities, and advised subsidiaries. Tracy has continued her involvement with several Berkshire Hathaway companies, serving as Chairman of Benjamin Moore, Larson-Juhl, Oriental Trading Company and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Kraft Heinz Company. Tracy also serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Blue Apron. A graduate of Harvard College and Harvard Business School (HBS), she is also the co-founder of Smart Woman Securities, an organization that provides personal finance and investment education to undergraduate women. While at Harvard, Tracy was also President of Harvard Undergraduate Women in Business (HUWIB) and headed the Women’s Leadership Project. Tracy was also selected as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum in 2015. She was named to Fortune’s “40 Under 40 Most Influential People in Business” and Forbes “30 Under 30 Changing the World in Business”, as well as CNBC’s NEXT List of Rebels, Leaders, and Innovators for the next 25 years. Tracy is a member of the 2017 Class of Henry Crown Fellows within the Aspen Global Leadership Network at the Aspen Institute.
