Grace Ge is partner of Ares Management, a global alternative asset manager, founding partner and CEO of Ares china joint venture. She also sits on Ares Asia, China growth equity and china JV investment committees. Grace joined Ares in June 2014 from Goldman Sachs Investment Banking, where she left as managing director and advised many private entrepreneurs and state-owned enterprises in China on capital raising and mergers and acquisitions for over 9 years. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, Grace worked for PwC in its audit and tax divisions in both Beijing and San Francisco offices. Outside of her professional arena, Grace is active in promoting diversity and innovation. She sits on board of MBA BIBLES, a not-for-profit organization that promotes exchange within young professionals and entrepreneurs. She also serves on a few female networks including Global Women Connect. Grace earned her MBA degree from Harvard Business School and dual BA degrees in Economics and English Literature from Peking University. Grace is a Fellow of the fifth class of the China Fellowship Program and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
