Dr. Bo Bai is the Chairman and Co-Founder of Cyberdyne Tech Exchange (“CTX”) and Chairman and Founder of Asia Green Fund (“AGF”).
CTX is a digital exchange licensed and regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore and powered by Nasdaq's advanced trading and surveillance technologies. Founded in 2018, it provides qualified asset owners and institutional investors with a full-service infrastructure including primary issuance, secondary trading, settlement, and custody of asset-backed tokens. Singapore-based CTX aims to be a global hub for green financing and will be the first exchange to incorporate carbon disclosures for both issuers and investors.
AGF is a well-established green impact private equity firm focusing on China’s Industrials and Business Service (IBS) sectors and pursuing technology-enabled green impact, with around$2 billion Assets Under Management. AGF’s vision is to “Invest•Greenergize China•Impact Asia”, and its mission is to become the most influential green impact private equity firm in the world.
Dr. Bai holds a B.S. and an M.S. in Physics from the University of Science and Technology of China, a certificate from the Sloan School of Management at MIT in the Financial Technology Option and a Ph.D. in Physics from MIT. He is a Fellow of the fifth class of the China Fellowship Program and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
