Isabelle Parker is a partner at Wildflower Schools, an ecosystem of diverse, decentralized Montessori micro-schools focused on providing all children and families equitable access to high quality learning environments. Prior to joining Wildflower Schools, Isabelle was co-founder, CFO, and COO of Summit Public Schools, a leading charter school management organization. Isabelle oversaw the finance, operations, data, real estate, technology and talent teams for eleven schools in California and Washington. Ranked among the best in the nation, Summit won awards for school design, including being selected as one of ten schools to win the XQ Challenge in 2017. Fast Company named Summit one of the most innovative organizations in the country. Outside of work, Isabelle is actively involved with the United States Equestrian Federation and is an inductee to the American Vaulting Association’s Hall of Fame for her international work as an equestrian vaulting coach. Isabelle lives in the San Francisco Bay Area and is the proud mother of two girls. Isabelle holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BA in economics from Claremont McKenna College. Isabelle is a Fellow of the 2017 class of the Finance Leaders Fellowship and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
