Title and Organization:
Yolanda Daniel is vice president, finance of the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago. She was previously CFO at IFF, a mission-based lender and real estate developer and prior to this, was CFO of the American Board of Medical Specialties. Her career in industry includes leadership roles at W. W. Grainger, Inc. where she was global chief audit executive, Acklands Grainger, Inc. (division) CFO, and vice president, U.S. financial services. While at CVS Health (Caremark) in her role as vice president, internal audit services, she was actively engaged in the divestiture phase, as well as subsequent growth and integration into a Fortune 20 company. Servant leadership, and civic engagement are core beliefs for Yolanda. She actions these beliefs through board leadership and service with Children’s Home + Aid, YWCA of Metropolitan Chicago ETF Advisory Board, and the Chicago Center for Arts & Technology. In 2015, she was honored as a Chicago United Business Leader of Color. Yolanda earned an MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, Bachelor of Science in accounting from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, and is an honors marketing alumna from Jackson State University. Yolanda is a Fellow of the 2017 class of the Finance Leaders Fellowship and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
