Bio:
Yolanda M. Daniel is a global finance executive, independent board director, and servant leader committed to social and economic justice in underinvested communities. She currently serves as vice president, Finance and chief procurement officer at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago. She was previously CFO and credit committee member at IFF, a lender and real estate developer missioned to align capital with justice in low income communities. Her career in industry includes leadership roles at W. W. Grainger, Inc. where she was CFO at Grainger Canada, Inc. (division), global chief audit executive, and vice president, U.S. financial services and transformation. While at CVS Health (Caremark), she served as vice president, internal audit services and was actively engaged in the divestiture, growth, and transformation from a Fortune 500 to Fortune 20 company. Yolanda is an independent board director for Leslie’s Pool Supply (Nasdaq: LESL), and serves on the audit, governance & nominating committees. She has long tenure in service to the community and currently serves on the Advisory Boards for the YWCA of Metropolitan Chicago ETF and Maconite Scholarship Foundation. Yolanda earned an MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, Bachelor of Science in accounting from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, and is an honors marketing alumna from Jackson State University. She is a 2015 Chicago United Business Leader of Color honoree. Yolanda is a Fellow of the 2017 class of the Finance Leaders Fellowship and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
