Christopher (Chris) Brandt is the founder and managing partner of Audacious Inquiry (Ai), an information technology and policy company focused on connected healthcare. Ai’s Encounter Notification Service™ currently facilitates care coordination for more than 30 million people in eleven US states and the District of Columbia. Chris was recognized by Ernst & Young with the Entrepreneur of the Year award for the Maryland region in 2014, and Ai has been named to the Inc. 5000™ list of America’s fastest growing companies for seven consecutive years. Ai is a recognized B Corporation for its commitment to community impact. Chris serves as a staff adviser to CRISP, Maryland's health information exchange. Chris previously served two terms on the board of the Duke University Alumni Association. Prior to founding Audacious Inquiry, Chris held various information technology positions with Prudential. He holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an AB in computer science from Duke University. Chris is an Eagle Scout and a private pilot; he lives with his wife and two young sons in Baltimore, Maryland. Chris is a Fellow of the third class of the Health Innovators Fellowship and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
