Bio:
George Grant Ebanks is founder and general director of G&E Chocolate Adventure Company, an agro industrial company that adds value to cacao production and offers more than 20 different products like cacao caramel roasted seeds, cacao butter creams and oils. He recently launched an innovative line of ice cream. George retired in December 2013 from being Marketing Manager in Costa Rica for cinemas and Hollywood movie studios for more than 15 years. George has characterized himself for being a fearless entrepreneur, moving from radio programming director, promotional director for youth tourism programs, founding a retail and entertainment website, to opening his cacao line business. George has a degree in marketing and advertising. George is a living voice for small farmers in Costa Rica, dedicating his time and resources to promoting economic development in Limón, one of the poorest cities in Costa Rica. He is currently leading a very ambitious program to help farmers improve their incomes and quality of life. George is a Fellow of the 13th class of the Central America Leadership Initiative and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
