Over the past 25+ years I have focused on investing in Purpose-driven companies across key industries like renewable power, telecom, agroindustry, and consumer products in Latin America. For the next decade, my priority will be the fight against climate change, through investments in energy transition, electric mobility, circular economy, and nature conservation in the region.
I am also passionate about the power of an entrepreneurial mindset and culture to drive change and solve many of the region's problems and deep needs. As Chairman of non-profit Yo Emprendedor, I am also committing to scale a Public Private Partnership with the Costa Rican Ministry of Education, to implement an entrepreneurship education curriculum across public schools.
