Bio:
Jim Hilt is the CEO of Asset Marketing Services, a global platform for enthusiast coin and precious metal collectors and investors. Prior to AMS, he was the President of Shutterfly, leading the photo personalization brands primary business along with corporate strategy, analytics and business development. Prior to joining Shutterfly, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Customer Experience Officer at Express Inc. from April 2018 through March 2019. Mr. Hilt joined Express in February 2014 as Senior Vice President of e-Commerce and served as their EVP, Chief Marketing Officer from March 2015 to April 2018. Prior to joining Express, he was Vice President of eBooks and Managing Director, International at Barnes & Noble, Inc. There, he was responsible for the world’s second largest eBook business along with the international expansion for the entire NOOK business for Barnes & Noble with overall P&L management. He oversaw strategy, marketing, and merchandising for all sales of eBooks, along with pricing and publisher relations. Formerly, Jim was Divisional Vice President, Online Services & Product Management at Sears Holdings. Previously, he was Director, Multi-Channel Marketing at SAP and started his career in eCommerce at IBM. Jim sits on the board of directors of Hibbett Sporting Goods, an athletic-inspired fashion retailer. He is also a Trustee of the Washburn Center for Children, an organization focusing on transforming children's mental health care in Minnesota. He is a former trustee of Equitas Health, an organization dedicated to the healthcare needs of the LGBTQ community and a member of the board of directors of Literacy, Inc., a literacy and education nonprofit. Jim holds a BA in political science from the University of Minnesota. He is a member of the 2018 Class of Henry Crown Fellows within the Aspen Global Leadership Network at the Aspen Institute.
