Ms. Chao Xiaojuan is the founder and CEO of BZN, a global insurance customization platform driven by insurance technology and big data. BZN was established in 2015, and excel in promoting InsurTech and exploring innovative opportunities across the industry. BZN, as an experienced insurance practitioner used technology consulting, ecommerce etc., and gradually formed accurate cover matching and modeling techniques to achieve dynamic risk management and precise insurance customization.
Ms. Chao had executive experience for insurance technology operations, and starting new insurance businesses based on advanced technology. Prior to her current role, Ms. Chao was VP and CTO of E-Commerce branch company in traditional insurance companies, including the establishment of E-commerce department and day-to-day operations of online insurance business in several State-owned Insurance Companies. Ms. Chao achieved a Master Degree of Computational Engineering in Technical University of Dresden in Germany. Ms. Chao is a Fellow of the sixth class of the China Fellowship Program and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
