Samuel Lin is the Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of 9F. 9F is a leading Internet finance company in China with over 50 millions users, focusing on “financial inclusion”— to enable everyone, especially under-privileged households, private entrepreneurs and mass population, to gain access to a wide range of affordable, reliable and quality financial services Samuel is also CEO of 9F international business and CEO of 9F Primasia Securities, a subsidiary focusing on internet securities trading and asset management. Samuel also serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Yoquant Technology, A Fintech company focuses on robo-advisor for stock market and intelligence adviser for auto industry, as well as artificial intelligence technologies and its application in business. In addition, Samuel is a Founding Partner and Investment Committee Member of 9C Capital, Investing heavily in the Fintech industry, 9C Capital has invested about 30 companies in the Fintech and TMT. He also serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Bank of Jinzhou and a Member of the Board of Directors of the Asia Youth Orchestra. In the past, Samuel has also worked in investment banking including Credit Suisse and Barclays for more than 10 years. Samuel is a Fellow of the sixth class of the China Fellowship Program and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
