Bio:
Stephanie LO is Vice Chairman at Shui On Land, a leading real estate developer developing and operating premium residential, commercial and cultural properties in the Mainland China. Stephanie is also the Vice Chairman of Shui On Xintiandi, an asset manager of all Shui On Land’s commercial portfolio and development pipeline. Stephanie takes the lead on corporate development, business and product innovation of the Group and also assists the Chairman to define and execute on the long-term strategy for the group. Stephanie joined Shui On Land in 2012. Prior to joining the Group, Stephanie worked for various architecture and design firms in New York City, amongst which was Studio Sofield, a firm well-known for its capability in retail design and hospitality. Stephanie currently serves as a member of the Fourteenth Shanghai Committee of Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference. She was designated a fellow of Aspen Institute’s China Fellowship program and selected as a Young Global Leader of the World Economic Forum in 2020. She is also a Member of Asia Pacific Leadership Council of The Nature Conservancy. Stephanie was appointed as a Non-executive Director of SOCAM Development Limited in January 2019. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Architecture from Wellesley College in Massachusetts.
