Hu Weiwei is the founder of Mobike, the world’s first and largest smart bike-sharing company. She established Mobike in 2015, driven by a desire to transform cities by making bikes available to everyone. Before founding Mobike, Ms. Hu founded Geekcar.com, a media company focusing on the latest tech trends in the automotive industry. Prior to Geekcar.com, she worked for SAIC, Tencent and The Beijing News. Weiwei has been named one of Fortune Magazine’s “Forty Under Forty”, and received the 2017 Annual Founder Award from renowned Chinese publication, ChinaBang. Ms. Hu is a Fellow of the sixth class of the China Fellowship Program and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
