Rob Krolik is a senior-level finance executive with over 25 years of experience. Rob currently is the General Partner, CFO of Burst Capital, serves on the board of directors and audit committee chair of The RealReal (NYSE:REAL), the leader in authenticated luxury consignment, and Board Member at Leaf Group (NASDAQ:LEAF), American content company that operates online brands including eHow, LIVESTRONG.COM and marketplace brands Saatchi Art and Society6. He is also a member of the Finance Committee of BBYO, a non-profit. Rob served as Yelp’s chief financial officer for five years and led them to a successful IPO, three acquisitions, and helped them grow from approximately $50 million to over $700 million in revenue. Prior to joining Yelp, Rob served as chief financial officer of Move, Inc., an online real estate company, known for their brand Realtor.com. Prior to Move, Rob served in several roles at eBay, most recently as vice president, Global Finance Operations and as CFO at Shopping.com, Inc., which was acquired by eBay in 2005. He also was interim CFO of eBay - Germany, revamping the finance department of the $1 billion revenue subsidiary. He also had several management roles at DigitalThink, Inc., an online learning company, including most recently as its chief financial officer. In 2013, Rob was selected CFO of the Year - finalist from the San Francisco Business Times. He holds a bachelor’s in Business from the University of Texas at Austin and is a certified public accountant (inactive). Rob is a Fellow of the 2018 class of the Finance Leaders Fellowship, The Third Way.
