Bio:
Andy Parham is the co-founder Blue Holdings, a private-equity group that invests and builds value in firms that bridge the gap between customer data and effective marketing. Andy serves as the CEO of Brado, which is a platform company of Blue Holdings. Brado specializes in launching new health innovations into the global marketplace and serves Johnson & Johnson, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Merck, Novartis, and Google, as well as many early-stage venture-backed companies. Prior to Blue Holdings, Andy was the founder and CEO of Dātu Health where he worked closely with healthcare providers to extend care models into people's everyday lives via a daily digital engagement platform. Dātu was named a finalist in the 2015 Mayo Clinic THINKBIG Innovations Challenge, a national competition for entrepreneurs with innovative ideas about transforming the future of health and healthcare. Before founding Dātu Heath, Andy was the CEO of Bick Group, a privately-held IT services firm. Under his leadership the 50 year-old company achieved record profitability and shareholder value. At Bick, Andy led the company's expansion into data and strategy consulting services, forming close relationships with senior executives of health firms nationally. Prior to joining Bick, Andy was a partner at VSA Partners, a firm that designs and activates brands in the modern world and serves globally leading companies including Harley Davidson, IBM, Nike, Caterpillar and GE. There he moved from strategist to managing director to partner in less than five years. Since 2008, Andy has co-hosted ForeChange, an annual meeting of national health system CEOs, Silicon Valley titans and venture-capital-funded health disruptors to share ideas and create partnerships to transform healthcare. He chairs the board of Jubilee Services, a non-profit organization that helps bridge African American men from prison to the middle class. He also co-leads an annual Homes of Hope mission trip to Ensenada, Mexico. Andy lives in St. Albans, Missouri, with his wife and five children. Andy is a Fellow of the fourth class of the Health Innovators Fellowship and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
