Bio:
Cindy Bo, MBA, is the SVP of the Delaware Valley Strategy and Business Development for Nemours Children’s Health System, Alfred I. duPont Hospital for Children. At Nemours, she manages the strategies and business development processes in support of new growth and integration opportunities in the Delaware Valley. She also leads Nemours’ Value-Based Services Organization. Prior to joining Nemours in 2014, she was a senior manager and an Ellen Gabriel Fellow at Deloitte, where she led merger and acquisition deals for national/regional health plans and health systems. She was named by the Becker's Hospital Review in 2015, 2016, 2017 as one of the Top 130 Women Hospital and Health System Leaders to Know in the United States. She was named as one of Delaware Today’s 2017 Top Women in Business Honorees; she was also a TEDx Speaker and a Malcolm Baldrige Executive Fellow that year. Currently, she serves on the boards of the Clinic for Special Children, the American Lung Association for the Mid-Atlantic, and the Delaware Center for Health Innovation. She is also an appointed member by Governor John Carney on the Delaware Economic and Financial Advisory Council. Cindy earned her MBA from Columbia Business School, graduating with high honors, and her BS in business management from Binghamton University, graduating summa cum laude. Cindy is a Fellow of the fourth class of the Health Innovators Fellowship and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
