Bio:
David Bullón is co-founder of Mobius, that supports visionary leaders in education, government and business to catalyze bold systemic changes rooted in personal development. Prior to founding Mobius, David held several roles in public service, most recently as Director of Innovation for the Costa Rican Ministry of Science, Technology and Telecommunications. Prior to his time in government, David managed impact evaluations of entrepreneurship programs in Peru with Innovations for Poverty Action, and advised microfinance institutions in India with Access Development Services. He also managed innovation projects for Black and Decker in the United States and Mexico. He is Vice President of the Costa Rican National Archive, a Board Member of the Center for Urban Sustainability and a member of the Costa Rica USA Foundation’s Millennials Committee. David received the Accenture Public Service Innovation Award (2012) and was a World Economic Forum Global Shaper. He holds a Master in Public Administration in International Development from Harvard University and lives in Costa Rica, where he spends as much time as he can in nature. David is a Fellow of the fourteenth class of the Central America Leadership Initiative and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
