Bio:
Roshni Kerketta is Deputy Director at Ananta Aspen Centre and oversees the Leadership vertical, guiding programs that inspire leaders across different life stages. Since joining the Centre in 2015, Roshni has spearheaded the Kamalnayan Bajaj Fellowship and The Shri Ram Ananta Aspen Leadership School, two flagship initiatives that cater to entrepreneurial leaders aged 35-45 and young adults aged 14-17, respectively. Through these programs, Roshni fosters transformative growth, helping individuals move from success to significance and channel their intentions into impactful actions.
In addition to her leadership role, Roshni also serves as a creative design coordinator, adding a unique blend of creativity and strategic thinking to her projects. Her dedication to the Centre is matched by her passion for nurturing future leaders through mentorship and active engagement in leadership dialogues.
Roshni's academic background includes a Master’s in Molecular and Human Genetics from Banaras Hindu University, complemented by a Bachelor’s in Life Sciences from Gargi College, University of Delhi. She demonstrated leadership early on, excelling academically and serving as a sports captain during her school years at St. Mary’s School in New Delhi. Outside of work, Roshni has a keen interest in photography and travel, pursuits that enrich her creative outlook and bring balance to her professional life.
