Ruben Sigala is the President of Sigala Ventures, a consultancy delivering integrated analytics, machine learning, and marketing solutions targeted primarily towards mid-market organizations seeking to develop and scale their capabilities. Previously, Ruben served as the Chief Analytics Officer and Chief Marketing Officer for Caesars Entertainment, the largest gaming and entertainment organization in the world. As Chief Marketing Officer for Caesars Entertainment, Ruben oversaw a team of over 900 employees and an annual operating budget of approximately $2.2B. During his tenure as CMO, the company achieved record levels of hospitality revenue, marketing efficiency, and won a number of industry awards in the areas of loyalty programs and digital innovation. Ruben has been a frequent keynote speaker and contributor to many industry panels including the Marketing World 50 and McKinsey’s Analytics and Data Roundtable. Prior to working at Caesars, Ruben worked in the cruise line industry and as a consultant in Ernst and Young’s National Cash Management Practice. Ruben has an undergraduate degree in finance and business from the University of Kansas, where he was a Rhodes and Marshall scholar nominee, and an MBA for Harvard Business School. Ruben also serves on the National Board of Camp Kesem, a national nonprofit dedicated to providing free summer camps for children who have been impacted by a parent's cancer. He is a member of the 2019 Class of Henry Crown Fellows within the Aspen Global Leadership Network at the Aspen Institute.
