Bio:
José Garcia is President of Alberici Constructors, Inc., a subsidiary of Alberici Corporation, a diversified general contractor and self-performing construction company with a strong presence in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. Alberici consistently ranks among the top 30 U.S. construction firms, as recognized by Engineering News-Record. In his role, José oversees the company’s long-term strategic vision and day-to-day operations, with a commitment to the safety and well-being of Alberici’s workforce. José is an Aspen Institute Henry Crown Fellow and an active member of several influential industry groups, including the Lean Construction Institute, Incident and Injury Free CEO Forum, the Construction Industry Round Table, and YPO. Beyond his corporate leadership, José is the Founder and CEO of Strong to Serve, Inc., a New York-based nonprofit that organizes athletic events to raise funds for orphaned children in developing countries, with a primary focus on Nicaragua, José’s birthplace. Through Strong to Serve, he is dedicated to addressing the urgent needs of orphans and fostering positive change in their lives.
