Title and Organization:
Sean is the former Chief Executive Officer of Endeavor Robotics, a company providing ground robots for military applications across the US Armed Forces and into more than 55 countries. Sean led a 140-person team, ensuring growth of the business while maintaining its position as the world’s leading provider of ground robots for defense and security applications. Prior to this, Sean was CEO of oneclickpolitics.com, an internet start-up providing political advocacy tools. Sean was a candidate for U.S. House of Representatives in 2010 and 2012. He previously worked at iRobot Corporation and as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company. He began his career as a Lieutenant in the US Marine Corps from 1998-2002. Sean served in the Marine Corps Reserve from 2002-2018, reaching the rank of Major. He served as an Adjutant, directing all administrative, personnel-related and legal action for 2500+ Marines, an Amphibious Assault Vehicle officer, and an Intelligence officer.
Sean is on the Board of the Association of Unmanned Vehicle Systems International, an External Director of the Board of Bedford Research Corp., Inc., and was appointed by Governor Charlie Baker to the Massachusetts Military Assets and Security Strategy Task Force. He is a member of the Project for the Common Defense and is the former Chairman of a NATO Industrial Armaments Group study. Sean is a past member of the Council on Emerging National Security Affairs and the International Institute for Security Studies. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Government from Georgetown University, a Master of Public Policy in International Security and Political Economy from Harvard’s Kennedy School, and an MBA in Entrepreneurial Management from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School. Sean is a member of the 2019 Class of Henry Crown Fellows within the Aspen Global Leadership Network at the Aspen Institute.
