Bio:
Ann Gugino is the CFO of Papa John's. She previously served as the senior vice president of financial planning & analysis at Target Corporation, a $70 Billion retailer serving guests at more than 1,800 stores and at Target.com offering high-quality, on-trend merchandise at discounted prices. Ann left Patterson Companies in 2018 as the executive vice president and chief financial officer, where she ensured the financial stability and adequacy of the enterprise, maintained a sound control environment, and oversaw treasury management, risk management, investor relations, and various enterprise administrative activities. Within the 18 years that Ann was with Patterson, she held five different roles including vice president of strategy & planning and vice president finance & operations. In 2016, Ann was recognized for the CFO of the Year Honoree, while employed at Patterson. She currently is a member of the Minnesota Women’s Economic Roundtable, which is a forum for women leaders to gather insights on broad economic issues, examine their implications, and act in our individual communities and lives. She earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting, graduating summa cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire and her master’s degree in business administration from Northwestern University – Kellogg School of Management. Ann is a Fellow of the 2019 class of the Aspen Finance Leaders Fellowship and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
