Henry Yin is an entrepreneur and Chair of Asia, M&A and Tech Transactions of Loeb & Loeb LLP , a leading global law firm focusing on technology, life sciences and PE/VC. As a trusted advisor, Henry empowers founders, financiers, innovators and investors with a dynamic legal practice and dedication to the evolving new economy. As an entrepreneur, Henry is committed to facilitating social changes through multiple education and media companies he co-founded and/or invested in, including TalksOnLaw which focuses on building an independent, dominant platform for trusted legal information. Two passions guide and govern Henry’s life: (i) helping build open, responsible and innovative meritocracy with likeminded humanists and (ii) love, hugging, and caring for his wife Ciara. Henry earned a JD degree, graduating cum laude, from Duke University School of Law and a bachelor’s degree from University of International Relations. Before college, he was a child actor and entertainer in China. Henry is a Fellow of the seventh class of the China Fellowship Program and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
