Mr. Allen Fang, the CEO of Chinatrans International Limited, founded the company in 2001. His vision of development in the logistics industry was very clear from the start - to focus on innovation and to guide the firm by setting goals and reaching milestones gradually，helped to expand new operating models and channels, that resulted by investing vast resources in advancing e-commerce Sofreight platform. However, rapid development of Chinatrans did not let Mr. Fang to relax his efforts. Instead, he considered how to enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise. While leading the company, he made outstanding contributions to evolve the industry, what resulted in such honors as “China Logistics Entrusted Enterpreneur”, “Top Ten of Logistics Industry Elite”, “Top Ten Personalities Award”, “Top Ten Innovation Outstanding Figures”, “Shenzhen Top 100 Industry Leaders”. Additionally, Allen Fang actively is a member in various social organizations and takes initiative to assume public responsibility. In 2010, he became “Vice President of the Shenzhen International Freight Forwarders Association” and “Founder Vice President of the Shenzhen SME Association”. He has initiated the “Shenzhen International Exchange Foundation” and served as its’ Honorary Director. He has also served as a “Member of the Ninth Committee of the Guangdong Youth Federation”. On the other hand, as a big enthusiast of social welfare charity, Mr. Fang has been helping people in need, participated and initiated multiple donations. Mr. Allen Fang has been the CEO of Chinatrans for almost 20 years now, creatively managing the company and achieving milestones such us promotion of the first “1+1+N” financial logistics model in China in 2006, launching Sofreight online platform in 2012 or initiating cross-border e-commerce logistics. All these breakthroughs has elevated the traditional model of logistics into becoming a modern model. Meanwhile, Allen fang act as an angel investor related to artificial intelligence and new material, he is the early stage investor of a series of innovative company such as Sensetime technololgy and the Radicool technology. He is a Fellow of the seventh class of the China Fellowship Program and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
