Bio:
Jason Grinstead serves as an external advisor to Bain & Company. Previously, he was the CEO of healthcare data management and insights company Metasense Analytics, CFO of healthcare payer services company Health Integrated (acquired by EXL), and CEO of home healthcare company Care at Home (acquired by On Lok). Earlier in his career, Jason was an investment banker with Lehman Brothers, JP Morgan, and UBS. A strong believer in serving the communities where we live and work, Jason served on the board of directors of the AdventHealth Carrollwood Hospital Foundation and the California Association for Health Services at Home. Jason holds a master’s degree from Oxford University and an MBA, with distinction, from the Harvard Business School. He resides with his family in Tampa, Florida. Jason is a Fellow of the fifth class of the Health Innovators Fellowship and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
