Marcelo Valansi is an innovative entrepreneur who is dedicated to the design, development and implementation of self-sustaining regenerative projects and communities. Marcelo has extensive experience in developing residential and commercial projects of different scale in several countries. Its focus is how projects can be developed in a new way, where the site is regenerated, creating communities that can generate a positive impact, accessible, replicate and profitable, generating a regenerative and sustainable development model over time. The last project he developed in Costa Rica and where he currently lives with his family is called www.laecovilla.com a Permaculture ecovillage surrounded by nature, turning a cowfarm in a food forest regenerative community, where 45 families from 29 different countries, different background and ages live in harmony with nature. Where it is shown how it is possible to live in harmony with nature without leaving comfort aside. He also cofounded an innovative school www.casasula.com Marcelo travel around the world to learn what makes a community successful, sustainable and last for long time. Currently he is working on developing more regenative self sustainable communities, ecovillages, using permaculture principals, organic agriculture and the latest technology available to create the town and communities of tomorrow.
