Bio:
Pamela Ayuso is the co-founder and CEO of Celaque, Honduras’ largest office and residential building developer, with a wide portfolio of properties. Her focus is on growing Celaque into a model for the 21st-century company. Pamela earned a Bachelor of Science degree, summa cum laude, in finance and accounting from Ithaca College and went on to earn a Master of International Affairs in international finance from Columbia University. She serves as president and founder of Liquidambar, an NGO devoted to the development of Honduras through high-impact projects in education, environment, and culture. Pamela is the author of Amazon's best-selling book, Heptagram: The 7-Pillar Business Design System for the 21st Century. The Heptagram methodology helps executives and entrepreneurs learn seven pillars to build and refine a defined operating structure to deliver high quality and consistency to their customers. Her husband and three daughters inspired the stories of her children’s books, Alicia and Bunnie Paint a Mural and Amanda and Sophia's Adventures in the Forest. Pamela is a Fellow of the fifteenth class of the Central American Leadership Initiative and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
