Chief Operating Officer, Find Great People

Betsy Anthony is the chief operating officer who oversees daily operations and long-term strategic initiatives for Find Great People. She is closely involved with sales, marketing, internal talent acquisition, employee development, and works with FGP employees and clients to ensure the FGP values are reflected in all customer interactions. Betsy joined FGP in 2007 as a recruiter within one of the companies Staffing divisions and now leads these segments of our business which fulfills professional recruiting needs for our clients. Under her leadership, these divisions have grown to account for over $18M in annual revenue to include staffing and direct hire groups in three markets: Greenville, Columbia and Nashville. In addition, Betsy is involved in the daily oversight and direction of FGP’s marketing and internal talent operations. FGP has seen remarkable growth over the years and through Betsy’s leadership in the organization has received multiple awards to include Inc. 500 and 5000, Best Place to Work in South Carolina and one of South Carolina’s Fastest Growing Companies. Betsy has been recognized as FGP’s “Consultant of the Year”, Greenville’s “Best and Brightest” and holds a certification within the talent profession. She is actively involved in the community partnering with organizations such as United Way as well as a member of Greenville Professional Women’s Forum and the Furman Undergraduate Advisory Council. She is a Fellow of the 15th class of the Liberty Fellowship Program and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
