Bio:
Wade Wallace is a manufacturing leader who believes real growth and change is best cultivated in an organization’s grassroots. From the hands touching the product on the factory floor, to the person carrying it to the customer, collective passion effects the greatest wholesale change.
Wade understands firsthand the kinetic energy in the front lines. An Alabama native, he began his manufacturing career in 1993 while studying at Auburn, working night shifts in a textile factory. Exactly twenty years later, in 2013, having steadily garnered experiences and successes from roles in operations and engineering to sales and marketing, he became President and COO of Tietex International. Since then he’s lead and grown this global, innovative organization with over 600 employees, serving markets in the Americas, Asia, and Europe.
He and his wife Samantha’s greatest joy and proudest accomplishment is parenting identical twin sons, Mac and Bo. Wade moonlights as an amateur blacksmith, still proudly dons his Eagle Scout badge, and exercises excessively in an attempt to offset his love of good food and beverage.
