Bio:
Ayo is a graduate of the University of Lagos with over 8 years in Director and Board positions. Prior to joining the Africa Leadership Institute West Africa, member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network, Ayo was an Executive Director at Energy & Industrial Integrated Services Ltd from 2015 to 2018 and her responsibilities covered New Business Development and Commercial Operations for clients in the private and public sectors. Previously, Ayo worked with the Vigeo Group where she rose to CEO of the Oil & Gas subsidiary. She also served as a Director in Datatech Energy Services Ltd during this period. Ayo has developed capabilities in international business development, marketing, key account management, people management, business and financial operations.She has attended several management development programs including the Lagos Business School's Senior Management Programme (SMP) and Harvard Business School's Advanced Management Programme (AMP). She facilitates training sessions on Leadership and Personal Development from time to time. She is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management and the Nigerian Gas Association respectively.
