Zukie Siyotula is the CEO of Siyotula Holdings, an investment holding company that invests across various sectors. She serves as a non executive director on various listed and unlisted boards including Bidvest Group, African Bank, Toyota Financial Services, Wescoal Mining, Conduit Group, Ogilvy Mathers, York Timbers. She’s also a Trustee at the Nelson Mandela Childrens Hospital and The Take Over Regulation Panel. She is also a well sought after international key note speaker and advisor and a certified NLP Practitioner and Oncology Coach. She was previously the CEO of Thebe Capital where she was responsible for looking after a large portfolio of strategic investments across various sectors and served as a non executive director on Growthpoint Properties, Combined Motor Holdings, Shell SA, Altech Netstar, Vodacom SA, SAfripol, STISA, Sekelo Oil Trading, AWCA and ABSIP. Zukie previously held various senior positions at the Barclays Africa, Old Mutual, Royal Bafokeng Holdings and South African Breweries. She holds a CA (SA); FCMA (UK); MBA and Executive Programmes from Harvard, Insead and Oxford. Her diverse experience of 15 years includes M&A, portfolio management, finance, corporate governance, strategy, transformation including ESG, business turnaround & restructuring and managing a P&L business. In March 2016, she joined the World Economic Forum’s Young Global Leaders under the age of 40. She was previously named as one of the 2011 Mail & Guardian Top 200 Young South Africans.
