Neela Montgomery Global CEO | Board Director | Digital Transformation Leader Neela Montgomery is a seasoned CEO and board director known for leading transformation and growth across the consumer, healthcare, and technology sectors. She most recently served as CEO of Orveon Global, where she led a successful turnaround of the prestige beauty collective behind Laura Mercier and Bare Minerals, significantly improving profitability and operational stability. As President of CVS Pharmacy, she oversaw a $90B business and led 190,000 associates during the COVID-19 pandemic, playing a critical role in the national vaccine rollout and delivering record-breaking financial performance. Earlier, as CEO and Executive Chair of Crate & Barrel Holdings, she revitalized the company’s digital and brand strategy, drove strong profit growth, and repositioned CB2 as a leading modern retail brand. She has also held executive leadership roles at Otto Group and Tesco PLC. Neela previously served on the board of Squarespace, where she played a key role in the company’s $7.8B take-private transaction, and currently serves on the boards of Logitech, Fetch, St. Jude’s Research Hospital & ALSAC, the National Retail Federation, and Boston Medical Center – WellSense. She holds an MBA from INSEAD and a BA from Oxford University, and is a 2021 Henry Crown Fellow at the Aspen Institute.
