Rabia Chaudry is an attorney and an Executive Producer of HBO’s 2019 The Case Against Adnan Syed, a four part, Emmy-nominated docuseries based on her New York Times bestselling book, Adnan’s Story, about the murder conviction of her friend, Adnan Sayed. She is also the co-producer and co-host of “Undisclosed,” a wrongful conviction podcast with over 360 million downloads. “Undisclosed” features a team of lawyers who re-investigate decades-old murder cases in an attempt to exonerate the falsely accused. She is also co-producer and co-host of “The 45th Podcast,” a weekly political podcast that has covered the policies and politics of the 45th Presidential administration since 2017. As an International Security Fellow with the US Institute of Peace (USIP), Rabia developed and led an international research project on religion and extremism, measuring ideological attitudes of students in Pakistan and Sri Lanka, and prior to USIP Rabia was with the New America Foundation as an international security Fellow and practiced immigration and civil rights law for over a decade. She was a 2012 Truman National Security Fellow. Rabia was named a 2015 Carnegie Corporation Great Immigrant and was the recipient of the 2015 Healing & Hope award by the Campaign for the Fair Sentencing of Youth. She is a national board member of the Muslim Jewish Advisory Council and the Inter Jewish-Muslim Alliance. She formerly served on the board of Aspen Vanguard. Rabia is a Fellow of the Civil Society Fellowship a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
