Bio:
Dancey Glover is the program manager for Leadership and Development at Netflix. She was previously the program manager for the Aspen Global Leadership Network, a program dedicated to fostering leadership in entrepreneurs around the world. She was responsible for managing and analyzing the program’s seminar curriculum, helping to grow and support the network’s moderator corps, and liaising with program staff running Fellowships around the world. Dancey graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in December 2012 with an honors BA in Government and Minor in Arabic. She also has a master's in international business and policy from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business and Walsh School of Foreign Service. Passionate about Texas politics, Dancey interned for State Representative Mark Strama and the Travis County Democratic Party throughout college. She was also an active member of the organization University Democrats, ultimately serving as vice president, as well as she was the Programs Director for the statewide organization College Democrats. As the Assistant Advocacy Policy Director of the University of Texas Student Government Executive Branch, Dancey helped to oversee university agencies dedicated to supporting the many diverse communities on campus. In Fall 2012, Dancey became a Fellow of the Bill Archer Fellowship program and a Fall 2012 White House intern of the Office of Presidential Correspondence. With all these experiences behind her, Dancey is building a career that blends her belief in the important intersection of business and the humanities.
