Bio:
Ann Li currently leads Small Business Banking, and Digital Identity for Chase International Consumer. In addition, she also oversees JPMC’s investment in retail banking in the Brazil market. Since the inception of the International Consumer Bank, Ann has taken on leadership roles including the head of Strategy and Partnership, and Chief Data Officer. She has led major partnership negotiations, including the acquisition of Nutmeg in the U.K. and the investment in C6 Bank in Brazil. Ann was the first Chief Data Officer of International Consumer, building the foundations of a data-driven organization.
Ann joined JPMorgan Chase in 2013 as the head of strategy for the Corporate and Investment Bank for Asia Pacific. Since 2016, Ann served as the COO of JPMC China, across eight locations throughout the country.
Prior to joining JPMorgan Chase, Ann spent six years with the Bloomberg administration, developing and implementing citywide policy recommendations to strengthen New York’s position as global center of business and finance. Ann started her career as a management consultant, at Oliver Wyman and McKinsey & Co.
Ann is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, where she studied at the Wharton School
of Business and the School of Engineering, earning dual B.S. degrees with academic distinction. She currently resides in New Jersey with her husband and two sons.
Ann is a Fellow of the 2021 class of the Finance Leaders Fellowship and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
