Chief Financial Officer, Ripple
Bio:
Kristina Campbell has spent her 20+ year career at the intersection of finance, strategy and operations, specializing in fintech for the past ten years. Currently, Kristina is chief financial officer of Ripple, a financial technology company that enables payments everywhere, every way, for everyone using the power of blockchain and cryptocurrency. Prior to joining Ripple, she was the CFO at PayNearMe, a billing and payments platform, where she led the finance, human resources, compliance and risk functions. Kristina also worked at Green Dot Corporation, a banking-as-a-service technology company, and held a variety of positions across general management, operations, sales and account management. She spent the early part of her career in professional services, as a manager at Bain & Company (where she focused on cases involving corporate and business unit strategy, M&A, and market evaluation) and as an investment banker at Smith Barney. Kristina is passionate about the importance of mentorship, and she volunteers as a Board Member and Secretary for 1,000 Dreams Fund, a national non-profit that provides micro-grants and mentorship programs to advance the education and careers of young women. She holds a BA in English from Stanford University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Kristina is a Fellow of the 2021 class of the Finance Leaders Fellowship and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
