Jason is Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Board of Directors for Old Time Pottery, a private equity sponsored omnichannel home décor retailer with 39 stores in 11 states across the Southeastern and Midwestern United States. Jason has led the successful transformation of Old Time Pottery’s business model by returning the company to its founding principle of providing the broadest product assortment of Home, Outdoor, and Seasonal décor at a compelling value so customers can save money while pursuing their home decorating passion. Jason enjoyed a 20-year career prior to joining Old Time Pottery as a Fortune 500 executive spanning Amazon, Gap, Mattel, ArcelorMittal, McKinsey & Company, and Walmart, where he served as vice president, strategy, and business operations for the company’s Online business. Jason presently serves on Rutherford County’s Public Building Authority, the City of Murfreesboro’s Cable TV Commission, the Dean's advisory council for Middle Tennessee State University, the Nashville Entrepreneurship & Innovation Council, and the board of directors for the United Way of Rutherford and Cannon Counties. Jason has been named a Presidential Leadership Scholar, member of Leadership Tennessee, a Traphagen Distinguished Alumni of Harvard Law School, a Chicago Council on Global Affairs emerging leader, a member of the Economic Club of Chicago, and one of Crain’s Chicago Business 40 Under 40. Jason earned his bachelor's degree in social studies, magna cum laude, from Harvard College and his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Harvard Law School. Jason is a member of the 2022 Class of Henry Crown Fellows within the Aspen Global Leadership Network at the Aspen Institute.
