Kris is an entrepreneur who believes that mission-based businesses create perpetual opportunities to serve a higher purpose. As the President & CEO of Madison Safety & Flow, he is building a mission-focused organization that touches the daily lives of millions of people. Its renowned engineering teams produce an array of products and systems utilized by fire departments, rescue teams, municipalities, aircraft manufacturers, racing teams, and industrial facilities around the world. In 2017, he joined Filtration Group, where he was most recently Group President, Indoor Air Quality, and prior to that its CFO. Kris led businesses through the COVID pandemic by focusing on innovation – bringing air quality solutions to the market to fight respiratory transmission in schools, businesses, nursing homes, and universities. Prior to joining Filtration Group, Mr. Howard served as the CFO for Medline Industries after spending 10 years in various roles at Baxter International. Mr. Howard graduated from Eastern Illinois University and earned his MBA at the University of Chicago. Kris is a member of the 2022 Class of Henry Crown Fellows within the Aspen Global Leadership Network at the Aspen Institute.
