Meghan is Co-Founder and CEO of Duckbill, an app that combines the strengths of humans and AI to put a personal assistant within reach for anyone with a to-do list. She previously served as EVP of Platform at Oscar Health, where she oversaw engineering, product, data, marketing, clinical, ops, and the company’s enterprise health tech business. During her tenure, Meghan led a team of over 1,000 through +100% growth and IPO, expanded access to Oscar tech and services to over 1 million members. Before joining Oscar, Meghan served in several leadership roles at Uber Technologies, Inc., most recently, the Regional General Manager of the United States & Canada. She formerly served the United States Department of Treasury as Senior Policy Advisor on Domestic Finance. She began her career at Bain Capital and Bain & Company. Meghan serves as Director and Chair of the Nominating and Governance Committee of The Boston Beer Company (NYSE: SAM), and Director of Guardant Health (NASDAQ: GH). She is a Member of the Board Executive Committee of WBUR, Boston's NPR news station. Meghan attended Harvard College, graduating with her BA in the history of science in 2006 and with her MBA from HBS in 2013. She is a member of the 2022 Class of Henry Crown Fellows within the Aspen Global Leadership Network at the Aspen Institute.
