Ruchi Gupta is Executive Director of the Future of India Foundation, a non-partisan foundation which provides thought leadership and insight into India’s transformation at the intersection of her demographic dividend, political economy and rapid technological change. Ruchi has spent the bulk of her career working in Indian politics and policy and has held various national-level positions in social movements and politics in India. In her previous role, she was former All India Joint Secretary of the Congress Party and national in-charge of the world's largest progressive student union with more than 40 lakh (4M) registered members and a global diaspora base. Ruchi is an Aspen Global Leadership Fellow and writes regularly in all English-language national newspapers on policy and political issues.
