Guatemalan-born and raised Harry Lewis serves as chief disruptive growth officer at Grupo Mariposa, one of the largest and fastest growing food & beverage conglomerates in Latin America. With the objective to spark self-disruption and accelerate top line growth, Harry founded Engine4 Ventures, an internal incu-venture team to create, nurture and grow the next generation of products and services for the group. Prior to this experience, Harry was vice president of premium and super premium brands for Anheuser-Busch/In-Bev, leading business, and marketing efforts for global brands like Stella Artois. Harry was nominated in AdAge’s 40 under 40 list of most innovative professionals in the United States and short-listed at Cannes Lions 2019 for the work done in partnership with water.org for the campaign “Buy a lady a drink”. Harry serves on the board of Xavier Mission, a New York City for-impact organization that strives for a future where all people, regardless of economic status, are treated with dignity and respect and are given the opportunity to realize their goals. Harry earned his bachelor’s degree in economics and marketing, graduating Cum Laude, from Universidad Francisco Marroquin in Guatemala. Harry is a Fellow of the 16th class of the Cali Fellowship Program and a member of the Aspen Institute.
