Bio:
Social communicator, history lover and compulsive reader. Graduated from Universidad Santa María La Antigua (2000), with a degree in social communications. As a specialist in oral history, she participated in the historical documentation of the Canal expansion.
She develops scientific, industrial and human topics content for the Panama Canal. In 2016 she won the "Gaviota de Plata" at the Viña del Mar International Song Festival and in 2018 she was nominated to Best Folk Album at the Latin Grammys.
She has participated in collective publications such as Protagonistas del siglo XX panameño, as a juror in the Gabriel García Márquez Journalism Festival and researches topics on nationality and culture.
In her work as a cultural promoter, she focuses on Afro intersectionality.
