Rachel Wilson is a healthcare operator, innovator, and entrepreneur dedicated to unlocking human potential through better health. She currently serves as CEO of CIC Health, a public health resiliency company that scaled testing and vaccination services across the US during the COVID-19 pandemic. Prior to CIC Health, she served as the COO for Atrius Health, held leadership roles at New England Baptist Hospital, Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Rush University Medical Center, Northwestern Memorial Hospital, and practiced as an Occupational Therapist at Montefiore Medical Center. She is the recipient of multiple awards including the Aspen Institute Health Innovators Fellowship, The Boston Globe’s Tech Power Players 50 List, the Boston Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 list, and the ACHE Regents Award for Early Career Healthcare Executive of the Year. She holds a Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from Elizabethtown College.
