Bio:
J. Robin Moon, DPH, MPH, MIA, is co-founder and chief strategy officer of sana solutions LLC, a boutique health advisory consultancy. She is a transdisciplinary scholar in social epidemiology, a practitioner and entrepreneur in health justice, and an educator in public health dedicated to anti-racism work. She is a seasoned public health and executive management professional with nearly 30 years of experience in the private and public sectors. She brings her diverse experience into public health, healthcare, social welfare, and food systems development. Her expertise includes local food systems development, health equity strategy, healthcare delivery system reform, organizational strategy and development, leadership development and coaching, evidence-based practice development, quality improvement, program evaluation, and social entrepreneurism.
Robin holds a Doctor of Public Health from Harvard University, a Master of Public Health and a Master of International Affairs from Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Chicago. She is currently an Adjunct Associate Professor at the City University of New York (CUNY) School of Public Health, an Adjunct Professor at the CUNY School of Medicine, a Faculty Affiliate of the CUNY Institute for Health Equity, and a Faculty Fellow at CUNY Urban Food Policy Institute. She is an Aspen Health Innovators Fellow.
She is also a registered yoga teacher, black belt martial artist, and a perennial marathon runner.
