Bio:
Kabir Barday is founder and Chief Executive Officer of OneTrust, the cloud platform organizations use to transform trust from an abstract concept into a measurable competitive advantage. He is also chair of the company’s board of directors.
Kabir holds a Fellow of Information Privacy with the IAPP, the highest designation of a privacy professional and is a member of the 2023 Class of Henry Crown Fellows within the Aspen Global Leadership Network at the Aspen Institute. In 2020, Kabir was named to the inaugural Georgia Tech 40 under 40 class, and in 2019, he received the National EY Entrepreneur of the Year Award. He earned a B.S. in Computer Science from Georgia Institute of Technology and currently serves on the Georgia Tech Advisory Board (GTAB). Prior to founding OneTrust, Kabir held leadership positions at VMware and AirWatch.
As an Eagle Scout with the Boy Scouts of America, Kabir has a deep appreciation for nature. He enjoys outdoor and wilderness activities such as hiking, camping, and skiing. He is passionate about giving back through the Aga Khan Foundation in their mission to end global poverty and the Mayo Clinic in their research into rare diseases. Kabir resides in Atlanta with his spouse and two children.
