Jennifer Saenz leads the high growth Pharmacy and eCommerce businesses within Albertsons Companies. In this role, Jennifer oversees end-to-end operations of over 2,000 retail locations across the US. She originally joined Albertson's companies in 2021 as the Chief Merchandising officer with oversight of the national merchandising team, marketing, loyalty and the own brands businesses. Jennifer has extensive global industry experience and a proven track record of driving growth through marketing, analytics, and product innovation, all grounded in a deep understanding of the consumer. Her career includes 15 years at PepsiCo, including serving as Global Chief Marketing Officer and President, Global Foods. Prior to that, she served as Chief Marketing Officer of PepsiCo Foods North America. Jennifer enjoys serving her community with a focus on combating food insecurity as a member of board of the United Way of Metropolitan Dallas and the Board Chair of the Albertsons Foundation Nourishing Neighbors program. Jennifer has been recognized for her professional accomplishments through a number of awards, including Fast Company’s Most Creative People, Brand Innovators’ Top 100 Women in Marketing, and AdWeek’s Brand Genius award. Jennifer graduated from The Goizueta School of Business at Emory University with a Bachelor of Business Administration and received an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Jennifer is a member of the Rising Tide 2023 Class of Henry Crown Fellows within the Aspen Global Leadership Network at the Aspen Institute.
