Rodrigo Teijeiro is the founder and CEO of RecargaPay, Brazil’s leading mobile payments ecosystem, processing over $5 billion USD annually. A profitable and 100% remote company, RecargaPay provides innovative financial solutions for both the banked and underbanked. Under Rodrigo’s leadership, the company has raised over $150 million in venture capital and achieved SCFI approval from the Central Bank of Brazil. Previously, Rodrigo founded Sonico.com, a Latin American social network with 55 million users, acquired by IAC/Match.com in 2014. Recognized as a Top Innovator Under 35 by MIT Technology Review and a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum, he is also fellow of the 2023 Class of Henry Crown Fellows at the Aspen Institute.
