Bio:
Wayne serves as the CEO of Lime, the world's largest shared micromobility operator based in San Francisco. Lime operates in more than 250 cities across 30 countries with over 400M rides logged. Wayne joined Lime in 2018 as Global Head of Operations & Strategy. Previously, Wayne was Chief of Staff at Uber. Prior to Uber, Wayne served as Senior Policy Advisor in the National Economic Council of The White House under President Barack Obama, where he focused on US housing policies during the Global Financial Crisis. He began his career as the Cofounder of CampusNetwork (originally CUcommunity), the first college-based social networking site that was started 6 months before Facebook. Wayne formerly served as Executive Board Member at the National Equality March, which brought over 200,000 marchers to DC to demand equal rights for LGBT people. He was an honoree of the Out100 list for 2022. Wayne is a term member at the Council on Foreign Relations. He is a member of the 2023 Class of Henry Crown Fellows within the Aspen Global Leadership Network at the Aspen Institute.
